Website terms.
Draft for review before launch. These terms cover use of untitledmodels.com.au. Bookings are confirmed separately in writing.
The directory shows placeholder or published profiles of models aged 18 and over. Measurements and photographs are supplied by the model and reviewed for completeness; Untitled Models doesn’t guarantee accuracy. They can change. A profile that is overdue for an update is hidden.
Applying is free. Being listed is not a promise of work.
Model terms
Models listed on Untitled Models are independent contractors who hold their own ABN. They are responsible for their own tax and GST, and for any insurance or superannuation arrangements not met by an engaging client. Untitled Models does not employ models and does not guarantee work.
Models are non-exclusive, except models based in Canberra, whose exclusivity is set out in their model agreement.
Don’t scrape the directory, create an account you weren’t invited to, or upload images you don’t have the right to use. We may refuse or remove an application or profile.
